The Shrimps Women returned to winning ways with victory over Radcliffe.
A goal either side of half-time prompted a response from the home side, who pulled one back before Yasmine Carswell reinstated the two goal cushion with Radcliffe netting a late consolation.
It was the Shrimps who began applying pressure straight from the off which paid off on 13 minutes.
Erin Menzies found an opening and produced a strong finish to fire the Reds in front.
Midway through the first half, a powerful strike rattled the bar to deny the away side a deserved second of the afternoon.
Despite a few half chances for the hosts, the clearest seeing an effort sail over the bar, it was Morecambe Women who carried the lead into the break.

Eight minutes into the second half, it was a moment to remember for captain Carswell who produced an incredible strike, leaving the goalkeeper with no chance, to score her first since returning from a spell on the sidelines.
Boro looked at mounting a comeback with seven minutes of the 90 to play. Kimberley Tyson halved the deficit with a smart finish to give the home side hope.
This was quickly dashed four minutes later when Carswell all but secured victory with her second of the afternoon.
Tyson did find the back of the net again, but the Shrimps held out for a richly deserved win.
