Morecambe FC Academy is looking to recruit an Academy & Club DSO.
Reporting to Academy Manager Stewart Drummond, the successful candidate will have a primary responsibility for the management of all safeguarding and equality concerns and be expected to ensure and maintain a safe environment for all children, young people, and adults at risk.
They will support, develop and deliver a comprehensive player care package in support of our U9-U18 players, and will have responsibility of all safeguarding and welfare matters for our players in the Academy at Morecambe FC.
Furthermore, they will contribute to the Club / Academy long-term strategic direction in relation to the overall safeguarding, player care and EDI provision, working alongside appropriate staff, specifically the Academy Manager and Senior Safeguarding Manager.
