Donald Love signed for the Shrimps in June 2022 after departing Salford City.
Love progressed through the Manchester United Academy before signing professionally with the Red Devils in 2013.
Two years later, Love made his first team debut in a Premier League fixture against Sunderland AFC at the Stadium of Light and, five days later, made his European bow in a Europa League clash with FC Midtjylland.
A loan-spell at Wigan Athletic followed before leaving permanently for Sunderland AFC, with spells at Shrewsbury Town and Salford City following.
A month after joining the Shrimps, Derek Adams named Love as his match captain for the 2022/23 season.
