Defender Jacob Bedeau joined initially on-loan from Premier League side Burnley in January 2022 until the end of the season, before making the move permanent the following summer.
Bedeau's youth career was spent between Leyton Orient and Bury, before he signing his first professional contract with the Shakers.
After making his professional senior debut aged 16, he left Gigg Lane in January 2017 to join Aston Villa for a reported six-figure fee, where he spent two years before departing for Scunthorpe United.
Two-and-a-half years later, Bedeau signed for Sky Bet League Two side Scunthorpe United and, upon leaving the North Lincolnshire outfit, moved to Premier League outfit Burnley, linking up with the U23s.
