Full-back Max Melbourne joined the Shrimps on a two-year deal in June 2022.
The defender progressed through the ranks at West Bromwich Albion and enjoyed loan spells with the likes of Ross County, Partick Thistle and Lincoln City.
Melbourne then left the Hawthornes to sign a permanent deal with the Imps, who he would go on to represent a total of 35 times in all competitions, scoring once in League One, a 90th minute winner against Plymouth Argyle.
Whilst at Lincoln, he spent the first six months of 2021/22 on-loan at League Two side Stevenage, making 13 appearances, before returning to the LNER Stadium for the final six months of the season.
