2024/25 Season Ticket FAQs

1. Am I guaranteed access to league matches as a Season Ticket holder? 

Yes. All Season Ticket holders will have their chosen seat(s) or terrace entry reserved for all home league fixtures for the 2024/25 season. Cup fixtures are not included, however Season Ticket holders will be given priority to purchase tickets for cup games if necessary. 

2. Season Tickets renewals – can I guarantee my seat? 

We will hold your seat from the 2023/24 season until Friday 10 May 2024 at 17:00 to give people the option to renew their specific seat. After this time, we cannot guarantee your seat will be available. 

3. How can I purchase my Season Ticket? 

Morecambe FC 2024/25 Season Tickets can be purchased as follows:  

     a) Online via the club website, see instructions below. 

     b) Pay by card, over the telephone – 01524 411797 (select option three). 

     c) At the Morecambe FC Club Shop on non-matchdays only. Opening times are Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 17:00.

Log into your ticketing account 

Select ‘Pick your seat’  for seated tickets or ‘Bundles’ for standing tickets followed by the stand you wish to purchase in. 

Pick your preferred package(s) and go to ‘checkout’. 

If you are wishing to use PayPal instalments or PayPal Credit please ensure you sign up to a PayPal account prior to starting the purchase process. 

At the checkout, you will be required to complete the following details for each Season Ticket holder. This is important where previous attendance may be taken into consideration:

Please note, when you attend any match, you may be required to provide identification. Supporters purchasing a 14–17-year-old Season Ticket will need to provide the name and contact details of their parent/guardian in case of an emergency. All U14 Season Ticket holders will only be able to be purchase with an adult/young adult Season Ticket. 

For any supporters buying multiple Season Tickets, we strongly encourage you to create accounts for the separate Season Ticket holders to help with fixtures where prior attendance may be taken into consideration. 

Once you have completed the above fields for every Season Ticket holder, press ‘next’. 

You will then see a page offering the opportunity to donate money to the MFC Community Sports. Here you can select an amount or select ‘no thank you’. 

On the final page, before payment, you will have to select one of three options; 

     a) A physical Season Ticket card with home delivery for £5.00; or 

     b) A physical Season Ticket card to be collected from the Club shop for £3.00; or  

     c) A free digital Season Ticket, which will require you to download the Morecambe FC App (available from the app store). 

4. Can I change my seat to another seat in the same or another stand? 

Yes, Season Ticket holders will be able to move their seats if an alternative seat is available. 

5. My seat is in section C1 & C2 - do I get Local Choice Suite access? 

Supporters in section C1 & C2 who have had Local Choice Suite access included this season will continue to receive this benefit.  Any supporters in C2 wishing to purchase access to the Local Choice Suite should choose this option when selecting your seat.  Please be aware that due to capacity limits in the Local Choice Suite, only those in C2 will have this option to upgrade. Those C Prem will have Local Choice Suite access included in their ticket price already so do not need to upgrade. 

6. When renewing or purchasing a Season Ticket, can I buy additional Season Ticket(s) for someone else? 

Yes, you can buy additional Season Tickets, but we must have the information requested above for everyone you purchase for. 

7. How do I purchase a disabled/carer Season Ticket? 

Please visit the Morecambe FC Club Shop and a member of staff will be able to take you through this process. 

8. How will I receive my Season Ticket? 

Everyone will be given the option for printing and postage this season. This will be at an additional cost of £5.00 for delivery, or £3.00 if collected. Those who choose this option will receive a physical Season Ticket card in the post. 

Those who do not wish to pay the physical card fee will have the option to receive a digital Season Ticket which will be accessible via the Morecambe FC Ticketing App (available to download from the app store). Those who choose the ‘digital season card’ option will not receive a physical card and will be required to download the Morecambe FC Ticketing App. 

For those who choose a physical Season Ticket card, we will post these out towards the start of the new season or, if you have selected collection, we will advise you when these are available. A more accurate date will be emailed to you in due course.  

9. What does a Season Ticket entitle me to? 

All Season Ticket holders are guaranteed their place at all 23 home League matches with a 2024/25 Season Ticket as well as priority to purchase in any cup fixtures and 5% off ALL purchases in the Club Shop. 

10. How long do I have as a previous Season Ticket holder to renew before my seat is released? 

All seated supporters will have from Tuesday 19 March until Friday 10 May at 17:00 to renew and guarantee their seat(s). Thereafter, any available seats will be released on general sale from Monday 13 May at 10:00. 

To confirm, if you do not renew your seat(s) by 17:00 on Friday 10 May - the seat(s) will be released on general sale and thereafter cannot be guaranteed as available to you. 

11. How long will the ‘Early Bird’ Season Ticket price be available? 

The ‘Early Bird’ Season Ticket price will be available from Tuesday 19 March 2024 until Wednesday 1st May 2024 at 17:00. 

12. Do I need a new Season Ticket card if I am renewing? 

Anyone who renews/purchases a new Season Ticket and selects the ‘standard delivery or physical card and collection’ option will require a new physical season card. Those who choose the ‘digital season ticket’ option will need to download the Morecambe FC App [available from the app store]. All 2023/24 Season Ticket cards will become void as of 20 April 2024 following the final home game of the EFL League Two season.

13. I am having trouble renewing my Season Ticket, what do I do?

14. Can I get a refund on my Season Ticket, if I choose to cancel it after I have purchased but before the 2024/25 season starts?  

Season Tickets are non-refundable and therefore, in the event you wish to cancel your Season Ticket, no refund would be permitted. 

15. Where is the Family Stand at the Stadium so I know where is best to purchase Season Tickets for my family? 

Morecambe FC have two designated family blocks which are situated in the main stand, D & E. They are accessible through turnstiles 1 & 2 and are at the left-hand side of the main stand when walking up Christie Way towards the Stadium. 

16. Can I pay for my Season Ticket in instalments? 

Yes. This season, we have teamed up with PayPal who will be offering qualifying supporters different payment options including pay in three and 12-month agreements.  Please be aware, these options are offered by PayPal and charges may occur subject to PayPal’s terms and conditions. For PayPal payment plans, there is a £5 fulfilment fee to the Club when making your purchase.  

17. What will happen if I choose to purchase my Season Ticket in instalments? 

This agreement is direct with PayPal and therefore your Season Ticket will be issued in the same way as any other form of payment.  

18. Is there a credit check required for the payment plan Season Tickets? 

Yes. This will be performed direct by PayPal.  

19. Will I be able to collect my Season Ticket from the Morecambe FC Club Shop? 

Yes – but only after we have contacted you to confirm they are ready to collect towards the start of the 2024/25 season! Please choose the physical card and collection option. 

20. When will I receive my Season Ticket? 

Season Tickets will be sent out no later than 10 days before the first home league fixture.
