Morecambe FC Social Media Competition Terms & Conditions

  1. By entering the competition, you agree to these terms & conditions.
  2. The Promoter is Morecambe FC, The Mazuma Stadium, Christie Way, Westgate, Morecambe, LA4 4TB.
  3. Only one ticket will be available as part of this competition
  4. By submitting a video to this competition, you agree to the use of your video in all communications by the club
  5. The ticket will be available in the Standing Section, the winner may upgrade to a Seated Season Ticket at an extra cost, subject to availability.
  6. Any videos submitted after the deadline will not be counted in the competition but may still be used in communications by the club
  7. You may be asked to provide the original footage for communication use
  8. The number of overall winners and prize details are as described in the website competition copy and social media post.
  9. Prize promotions can be run on any of our social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn), email and website. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries submitted to Morecambe FC during the promotion period.
  10. Prizes are open to all UK and Ireland residents, unless otherwise stated in the relevant prize promotions, except employees of Morecambe FC, their families, agents or any third parties.
  11. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter’s privacy policy, available at https://www.morecambefc.com/website-privacy-policy/ 
  12. All entrants must be aged 18 or over.
  13. The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.
  14. Only one entry per person.
  15. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and there are no cash alternatives. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or higher value, if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.
  16. Entrants accept that if they win, the Promoter may use the winner’s name for the purposes of announcing the winner to the public. The winner may also be requested to participate in post-event publicity. The winner may object or request that less information is published about them at any time, by emailing admin@twostories.studio 
  17. If applicable, copyright in all entries shall belong to the Promoter.
  18. Personal information about the winner will be shared with the prize provider to allow the prizes to be delivered. 
  19. The winner will be notified within 28 days of the closing date and must provide a postal address and email address to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner at random.
  20. No responsibility is accepted for any entries that are not submitted by the closing date for any reason.
  21. The decisions of the Promoter will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  22. The winner’s name will be available within 28 days of the closing date on request in writing to the Promoter.
  23. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions. 
  24. The closing date for entries is 11.59pm on the date specified in the relevant social media post and website.
  25. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Promotion, and/or these terms and conditions if we consider it necessary or appropriate to do so, for any reason beyond their reasonable control.
  26. To the fullest extent permissible by law, except for liability arising from fraud or from death or personal injury caused by negligence, the Promoter excludes all liability to you and anyone else for any direct or indirect loss, damage or harm of any kind arising from the Promotion and your participation in it.
  27. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Facebook or any other social media channel. By entering, entrants acknowledge that Facebook does not bear any responsibility for this promotion and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, entrants release Facebook from any liability whatsoever in connection with this promotion. All information entrants provide when they enter the promotion is provided to the Promoter and not to Facebook or any other social media channel.
  28. The promotion will be governed by English law and entrants to the promotion submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
