St Luke's triumph in final
MORECAMBE maintained their unbeaten run at Wembley with St Luke's Primary School winning the NPower Under 11s Cup.St Luke's beat Minterne Junior School from Gillingham 2-1 in the final which was played before the League 2 play off final between Bradford and Northampton.
The school represented Morecambe FC at the game after they won the local and regional heats. It is the second time the Shrimps have had a team in the final with St Wilfrid's from Halton achieving the same feat a few years ago.
