Morecambe Football Club is proud to support Stonewall's Rainbow Laces campaign in our home fixture against Stockport County.
Since Rainbow Laces kicked off in 2013, over a million of you have laced up in support of LGBTQ+ inclusion in sport, fitness and physical activity. But this must-win game isn’t over yet.
To help raise awareness, our subs will be handing out rainbow laces to supporters during the half-time break.
Additionally, our captain will wear a rainbow armband and staff members will be wearing badges to support and raise awareness for LGBTQ+ inclusion in sport.
Sport and fitness is everyone's game - we've come a long way, but there's still plenty of work to do!
