Morecambe Football Club is looking for matchday staff to work in several departments throughout the Club as we embark on the 2023/24 season.
We are looking for staff for the following roles:
-Matchday Programme Seller (18 years old or above)
-Bar Service Assistants
-Fast Food Fryers
-Food Counter Supervisors
-Food Counter Assistants
-Crowd Safety Steward (18 years old or above)
We are looking for people with a positive, “can do” attitude, good communicators and a willingness to work hard. Each of these roles are customer-focused, so we are looking for people willing to go that extra mile for someone and dedicated to providing the highest levels of customer service.
Shifts are approximately 5 hours, depending on the specific job role. Most of the shifts are generally every other Saturday from August-May, along with occasional mid-week evenings. Our league fixture list will be published late June, so at that point we can calculate shifts for the full season. We expect that all staff can work for the majority of our home fixtures, with specific key fixtures a requirement to be able to work.
You may not need relevant experience for some of these roles, just the right attributes and positive attitude, as we will provide in-house training for you. Each of these roles meet National Minimum Wage and National Living Wage requirements. All applicants must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
We are accepting written applications for all of the above positions, either directly to the Club at our Main Reception Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, by email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line “Recruitment” and the job you're interested in, or by post to:
