This weekend’s Men’s and Women’s fixtures dedicated to celebrating Her Game Too!
Founded in 2021, Her Game Too work to eradicate sexism in the football industry. We at Morecambe FC share their aim of wanting women and girls of all ages to feel confident and safe sharing their opinion about football, both online and in real life, without fear of sexist abuse.
To celebrate their excellent work, both our Men’s and Women’s games against Gillingham and Altrincham FC Women respectively have been dedicated to Her Game Too.
Players from both teams will wear signed Her Game Too shirts during the warm up before giving them away to lucky supporters in the crowd, so make sure you get down early!
The players will also pose in front of a Her Game Too flag which will then be hung up at the back of the Halo Terrace.
